-Alongside this the classes are an opportunity to connect with people in your community while treating yourself to some self care.
-Our teachers Yvonne and Madlyn are super friendly, experienced and love introducing people to yoga in a gentle and accessible way. Come and meet them, and if you are on line visit @yvonnehenriettayoga and http://www.madlynmaya.com/
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT YOGA
-You don't have to be a size 6 ballerina, white, or female to do yoga.
-A successful yoga class can be as simple as taking the time out for your self, sitting quietly and thinking about your breathing.
-Yoga isn't about being the very best version of yourself, it's about accepting and being kind with yourself in this very moment.
-You are allowed to wobble, laugh, fall over and take time out when ever you want.
