Make one or more of our classes part of your weekly schedule and know that while you are taking care of your own physical and mental wellbeing you are also supporting mental health work for people going through a hard time.

The average amount spent on yoga and wellbeing is far higher than the amount donated to charity and in times of austerity why not get an extra back bend for your buck!
To further support this cause invite your family, work or sports team to get involved, share with your well being teams/community and spread the love.
