Between May 10th and 16th we are be inviting people throughout the UK to take part in donation based classes, workshops events and sponsored challenges with 100% of funds raised going to Mind and their supporting the mental health and wellbeing of people like you and me. We'd love love you to join us for a class, take a yoga challenge and get sponsored and maybe even reach out to your local network of awesome humans and suggest they take part too; let's co-create something special.
All donations and sponsorship will be made via our secure Virgin Money Giving donations page – we don’t handle any money ourselves.

RAISING FUNDS FOR mind
Founded in 1946 Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. They also lobby government and local authorities on behalf of people struggling with mental health issues.
In order to respond to the needs of local communities throughout the UK Mind have132 local associations that are independent charitable bodies signed up to shared aims and ethical guidelines. These groups provide services such as supported housing, floating support schemes, care homes, drop-in centres and self-help support groups. This work brings hope and positive change to the lives of thousands of individuals, families and communities from every walk of life.

New to yoga? Life long yogi? Regardless of your experience getting sponsored to help raise funds for mental health is a great way to give back to our community and a fun way to connect with a healthy and grounding activity. It's also a great way to inspire people around you to get involved too; you can fundraise by yourself or invite your sports team, work colleagues or family to join you. Scroll down for ways to get sponsored.
7 DAYS OF YOGA FOR MENTAL HEALTH
Set yourself the goal of doing yoga for 7 consecutive days. This can be with us, a self practice at home or with any of your other favourite yogi’s. (Remember yoga includes asanas, breath work, meditation)
Tell your friends and family you are doing ‘7 days of yoga for mental health’ and invite them to sponsor you @ using the hashtag #MHAW21_[your fundraising name]_ 7daysofyoga4mentalhealth.
108 SUNSALUTATIONS FOR MENTAL HEALTH
Set yourself the goal of doing 108 sun salutations along with the Flip Your Dog For Mental Health family on Sunday May 16th.
Tell your friends and family you are doing ‘108 sun salutations for mental health’ and invite them to sponsor you. Maybe invite them to join you in the fun!

Classes are on our schedule and available to book now with more facilitators, workshops and activities coming soon. We'll be updating our schedule and sharing information across our platforms in the coming weeks.
