YOGA FOR YOUR MIND, BODY & SOUL
I'm a down to earth, urban hippy with one foot on a DnB dancefloor and one foot walking barefoot in Latin America. I offer dynamic and enriching Ashtanga Vinyasa to energise the body, lift the soul, warm the heart and calm the mind. I like to bring a sense of humour and some good music to my classes so let's leave judgement and the busy-ness of day to day life at the door and share some nurturing and grounding yoga.
My yoga journey started when I was 6 years old and started going to festivals including Stonehenge and Glastonbury with my family where I saw people young and old doing Tai Chi and Yoga among many other spiritual practices. With yoga as a constant ally ever since I've enjoyed exploring Iyengar, Bikram and Vinyasa Flow as a student before deciding to train as a yoga instructor in 2020.
A passionate mental health advocate I enjoy the calm grounding nature of yoga and feel meditation and relaxation are the cherry on the cake of the mainly asana based western yoga practice.
